Luke Fishel (Fishel) petitions for review of the June 26, 1995 decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), which reversed an award of benefits upon determining that Fishel voluntarily terminated her employment without cause of a necessitous and compelling nature and was therefore disqualified from receiving benefits under Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). We affirm.
